IMAGE CREATION

-Translate brand creative direction into engaging, current imagery that drives brand desire and commercial results.
-Define creative strategy and tone of voice for start-ups and established brands seeking a refresh across art direction and styling.
-Advise on team structure and hiring to ensure the right content creators are in place to deliver on creative direction and scale the business.
-Direct and collaborate closely with all image creation teams including Art Directors, Photographers, Styling Editors, Casting Producers, Retouchers, and Illustrators for both on-model and still-life shoots.
-Partner with Social, Editorial, Brand, CRM, and Private Client departments to achieve a cohesive tone of voice and maximise asset utilisation across all touch-points.
-Structure creative roadmaps, lead creative testing initiatives, and develop guidelines.
-Collaborate with in-house teams to deliver on creative direction, training them to maintain standards and quality.

PRODUCTION

-Review studio processes and develop product workflows to deliver creative direction efficiently and cost-effectively.
